My Actifit Report Card: July 1 2019
A Mundane Monday
Well the title of this post is relevant for my Monday not so much the weather which was pretty nice, and perhaps well no the photos I share with this post are fairly mundane.
After two days not he weekend with nice morning walks on the beach today was back to normal and work, plus I wasn’t feeling 100% today i did not sleep well last night and I am feeling a bit rough today, so I skipped any walks before work or after lunch as I normally do .
I have no idea how I did over 12K steps today I thought it was a lot less
You may want to stop here, as I warned nothing special with my photos today nothing was leaping out at me for photos today and I even left my big camera at home today which is very rare for me. .
Infact this first photo was actually taken on another day bu I did pass through Grand Central terminal this morning when I got off the train

And this is where I stopped to grab a bagel for breakfast, this morning, I thought it might settle my stomach, which wasn’t the case but it was nice

I warned you the shots would be mundane, even including a shot of the quiet please image on the door to get into the area where my cubicle is.

At one stage today I felt the need for a little fresh air, so I popped outside for a couple of minutes, its not very clear in this photo but its the best I could get with my phone, and why I took this shot is between those bots and the Kayak are tow people swimming up the East River

Really enjoyed the 'silent' cubicle with the reflection of human behind the image, that turned out to be full of character.
I thought that was cool as it well it was a reflection of me and funny i enter through that door every work day and had never thought of taking a photo of it tilll now

Thanks, and the area where I sit is designated a quiet area when they planned the floor, we do talk but not to loud, well not often LOL
I have swum in a few rivers and the ocean when I was younger I was a good swimmer, even did a few triathlons, but not sure I would want to swim in the East River, he looks so dirty at times.
Yeah Grand Central is far from Mundane when I think about it LOL

I love the quite please photo. I'm not sure if it is a reflection or a person on the other side of the door, but it makes the photo interesting.

Lol, I figured it might be, but I also liked the idea of someone stopping to decided if they should enter the quite zone.

Yes I guess thats what it is, but i was a bit frustrated I normally get out at least once a day looking for photos I just did not have the Mojo today
I love bagels! Unfortunately there aren't many places at all in Malaysia that have them. I will have to go specifically to get them. No way your pictures are mundane! The view of the river is beautiful!

Of course I don’t think I had had more than one or two bagels in my life before moving here but now they are a regular thing for me living here
