Assalamu alaikum all my friends hope you all are well and alhamdulillah I am also well and having a nice day today I am participating in a recipe contest and for that, I would like to firstly thank @mariam.dariam who has presented such a beautiful contest for us and through this contest I can present a variety of recipes here.

We all know about the nutritional value of fish and vegetables and different types of vegetables are very beneficial for our body and with it, the benefits of Magur fish eating more Magur fish increases the blood volume of our cells and also little is very beneficial for children. and today I am Magur Let's make a recipe with fish and vegetables that is very tasty and very healthy at the same time.

Here are the ingredients that will be required to prepare my recipe

It is possible to prepare my recipe very easily with all these ingredients but now let's know its preparation method step by step.
🥗 STEP 1 🥗

First I washed the magur fish well and took it in a bowl

then I added salt turmeric powder and dry chilli powder on top of the magur fish

then I mixed the fish and spices well and marinated it for ten minutes after 10 minutes

I put it in a clean oven pan and I will put enough oil there

and then I will mixed the spices will put the fishes in hot oil

and then fry the fishes well

then I will put another fry pan on the stove and in there I will add chopped onion bay leaves and few pieces of garlic

after a while I will put oil in there and here I will add a small amount of whole cumin seeds.

I will give them all here will take some powdered masala and ginger batter in a bowl,

then I will grind the onion and spices well for about five minutes,

then when the masala is ground, I will add the pre-cut and washed vegetables,

then add the fish When vegetable gets slightly cooked, I will add the pre-fry fish

and then mix the fish and vegetables well and cook for another five to ten minutes.

After the vegetables are cooked well, I will add water like aamount and top it with a spoonful of fried coriander and cumin seeds.

Give it increase to my curry taste and smell and the curry will be cooked well. After the bolog are cooked, I will take the pan off the stove

My recipe today is very tasty and healthy and can be prepared by everyone at home I can keep it for lunch and dinner because this kind of fish recipe with hot rice will be very good and hope all my friends will enjoy my recipe. All will be well in the post till then Allah Hafez.
