Today I wanted to share with you my new favorite Pre-Workout from Performix. ION has very unique structured and time released (multi-phased) components for maximum pump and focus. You can find it online or at your local GNC. I can highly recommend it.

It tastes great (I recommend to drink it cold) and I usually have it right before the training or even for work to be 100% focussed etc.
