Stress is not inevitable - that's what people who are over loaded with work and have deadlines to meet should understand. It's felt by everyone around the world. However, despite it being a part of life, you have to learn how to cope with it, and that's why it's important to know some stress management strategies that will let you do exactly that. The following are top ways of how to reduce stress fast and creatively.

Avoid People That Stress You Out

If there are people in your life that stress you out, avoid them. You don't have to be around people who cause you more stress. Sure, you could confront them, but it's a better option to totally eliminate them from your life. Your life is more precious than their presence.

Take Life Easy

Life is never that serious. Take a break, everybody deserves one. When your mind is working too fast, slow it down by taking a walk. It will help your mind to slow down and reduce stress. If you work physically, oftenly have some time out.

Massage Yourself

People's musical tastes differ widely; you need to figure out what sort of music works to calm you down and help you relax.

Exercise and Eat Healthy

This is a strategy that everyone needs to use to relieve stress. Exercising will reduce your stress levels and eating healthy will make you feel much better physically. Your stress will not be as high when you feel good.

Aromatherapy for Stress Relief

Aromatherapy can be a great method of stress relief. It doesn't have to be expensive. You can incorporate milk and a drop of peppermint, lavender or vanilla essential oil in your bathtub. Close your eyes while you are in the bathtub and soothe your skin with your favorite moisturizing soap. Aromatherapy is a good natural way for stress relief.

Taking a brisk walk outdoors is a great stress reliever. It does work for me. I find it calming when I take a walk where it's quiet with trees surrounding me and the sun hitting me a little. I always come back home feeling reborn with much vigor.

Well.. I live in Thailand since -08 but born in Sweden.. Get it?!

Going for a ride alone on your bike for a hour or two and stopping by a peaceful and quiet place can be stress-buster too.
During my college days my roommate was freaking out for a very important exam next day and giving up studying altogether. I suggested we go for a ride at nearest hill top, which we did and that helped him to calm his nerves to study properly for the night.

Thats a lovely stories !! i am sure many of us experienced something very similar but in different ways !! So interesting to see how life takes us and expose new thoughts just by showing us simple things :).

Sometimes, it's to recognise your own inability to to everything and delegate.
