Going for a ride alone on your bike for a hour or two and stopping by a peaceful and quiet place can be stress-buster too.
During my college days my roommate was freaking out for a very important exam next day and giving up studying altogether. I suggested we go for a ride at nearest hill top, which we did and that helped him to calm his nerves to study properly for the night.

Thats a lovely stories !! i am sure many of us experienced something very similar but in different ways !! So interesting to see how life takes us and expose new thoughts just by showing us simple things :).
