Landscape Photography The surf’s rough today
We’ve had some very strong winds blowing in off the ocean for a couple days. Some of the gusts have reached 89km/hr.
The surf has built to over 2.5m but it’s still too chopped up to be good for the surfers, although a few hardy souls are trying their luck.
These photos where taken in the 2nd Bay Whale Watching Platform, Coolum Beach, Australia the first looking to the south and 2nd to the north.

Yeh looks too choppy for surfing. Could you body surf or was it too rippy? Ahh well still a nice view and a nice walk? :D
Absolutely stunning, where were these taken?
With winds that fast I would not be one of the people taking the risk of surfing, not that I know how to do it.
The wind has dropped off to only about 30-40km/hr. There were lots of kite surfers having fun further up the coast. If you look at my Steemitworld map you can see where many of my posts where taken.

What got me interested in the photoscapes of #landscapephotography is the hidden natural treasures inside. Thank God. And thanks too @stephen-somers.
