Dash/Diet For Good Health

It is possible to control high blood pressure and excess body wieght without medication. One suce diet is the 'dash/diet' or dietary aprochets to stop hypertension.

Main rules,,,

  1. Drinking two liters fluid per day.
  2. Accepting two to two and a half thousands daily calories.
  3. Everyday five times the vegetables are consumed daily (half a cup quanity)
  4. Daily consumption of non-lean food is taken two to three times daily(equivalent to 150 gm of milk)
  5. Eating nuts, seeds and beans at least five times a week.
  6. Every day 200gm of lean meat, editing fish and eggs.
