trying to find inner peace?
Love, life, energy, as well as all that we know on this realm is built on top of the quantum realm. Everything we know is made of Nuclei and surrounding electrons. We must dive deep into ourselves.
A meditation I enjoy participating in is imagining my consciousness or being the size of an atom. Being so small and able to move around, I take a deep dive into each of my chakras, swim in them, absorb the energy within.
Many other meditations that are amazing and inspire awe, this is a simple one thought that I wanted to share with you all:)
