#1 Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Orlando, the USA

Steemit newcomer @seelikeme hits it out of the park with her very first post. She enthusiastically describes her visit to Universal's 'The Wizarding World of Harry Potter' in Orlando, Florida, and provides numerous photos to show us what it's like. There are two parts to the park, including the Islands of Adventure Theme Park (Hogsmeade and Hogwarts) and the Universal Studios Florida Theme Park (Diagon Alley). Both sections are connected by the Hogwarts Express (obviously) which you take from Platform 9 3/4 at Kings Cross Station to Hogsmeade. All your favourite places from books and films are brought to life including Ollivander’s Wand Shop, Hogwarts, and Gringotts Bank.

#2 Beaches of South Sri Lanka

@reisronddewereld then shows us some beautiful beaches along the southern coast of Sri Lanka. She starts by taking the train from Colombo to Hikkaduwa, which is around two and a half hours and provides gorgeous coastal views along the way. She continues to Weligama, then Galle—a 17th century Dutch fort surrounded by the ocean. Now a World Heritage Site, the old building styles of the town have been beautifully preserved. @reisronddewereld's next stops are Matara, Polhena Beach, Tangalle, all of which provide ample opportunities for swimming, snorkelling and surfing.

#3 Chengdu, China

Lastly, @bella-volen-art is back with another gorgeous post about her trip to China. Today she is in Chengdu, one of the three most populous cities in Western China. While it is now an important economic, financial, commercial, cultural, transportation, and communication centre, it is also one of the few cities Western people can experience original Chinese culture. The city's prehistoric settlers included those from the Sanxingdui culture (Bronze Age culture). There are numerous Buddhist and Tao temples to visit, as well as a breeding centre for the Giant Panda—one of the world's rarest animals.
