Greetings everyone! A really really hot summer to each and everyone of you. Sunday of April 21st, I woke up at 5:15 in the morning and I did not wake my parents up so I quietly took my things from my table just beside my parents bed and went downstairs. I then took a bath and had some breakfast after. I put on some make up and collect all the things that I will be needing. Lastly, I took my sneakers upstairs and wore my shoes and kind of made some noise and tried to wake my mom up but she did not. So I went on and took off.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for cottage cheese cookies with coconut. I have already made similar cookies, but without cottage cheese. This time I wanted more tender and airy cookies, so I decided to try to add such an ingredient - cottage cheese.

Today I again want to invite all my friends to go on a walk with me to see fishermen's activities off the coast of Ujong Blang Lhokseumawe. I deliberately went to the beach in the afternoon so that the weather would feel cooler and more pleasant because the evening view at the beach would definitely be more beautiful.

Roadtrip Back To Makassar Part 4

Honesty, this is the longest time I've spent driving without a break. Over 750 km distance between Poso and Makassar. Of course, I needed preparation and also to be in good physical condition to stay strong. Luckily, the accommodation where I stayed provided a fairly complete breakfast menu. At 8 in the morning, I left the city of Poso, but before that, I stopped to refuel my car. The trauma of the previous year's journey made me anticipate similar incidents where it was very difficult to find fuel.
