Only a couple of days left until back to school, which I am sooooooo not looking forward to lol - Now I cannot wait for March to come, for Spring break hahahha What a lazy mum here, hey :P Yesterday I prepared granola for breakfast which surprisingly my 5 yo was so crazy about it he ended up having 2 small bowls that morning. That did not stop there. After lunch he asked again, for another 2 small bowls. Made me happy big time, like mission accomplished :D

What are the benefits of hugging?

Do not worry if hugging does not come naturally to you. We are a diverse species and what one person finds normal may be completely insane to another. There are those who enjoy hugging everyone and have no problem opening their arms to strangers while on the other hand, we have those that fringe when someone touches them. Most of us are somewhere in the middle and have unwritten rules on who and when can hug us. That is fine. All that matters is that you are comfortable with yourself and your surroundings. Step out of your comfort zone now and then but when you want it, not when others want you too.

Thanks for so many movie recommendations and favourites in the last post! There are many many things that I now want to try and see if I can get hold of to watch!

Anyway, this week's topic is one that is particularly interesting to me. It is about what defines our identity. As a musician, I notice that a lot of creative professionals define their identity very much with their "work". As such, they can get quite caught up if things (performances) don't go their way, and the external (and peer) appreciation of their art is very much tied to their happiness.
