🔀 Steemit is %&$#?@! - When will it work again?
Comments & Post duplicates, minutes to get an upvote done and many other bugs have been around on Steemit the last days and so far we haven´t got any real statement to what´s going on. But at least we´ve got some new design on some pages... 😜
It´s frustrating, whenever you see your comments not going through or Upvotes taking forever. I mean how many times do we all have to swear at the screen and Steemit until they´ll finally fix all those issues.
We are a social network and the value of the tokens fully depends on exactly that. So I simply can´t understand, why we as the users aren´t valued the way we should be...
What´s your opinion?

Yeah it´s starting to get better but it´s still not perfect.
If we ever want to compete against the likes of facebook then i agree we need to get the basics right. This platform has so much potential seems like those that have the say are not doing what they are supposed to do and it wrecking the whole platform.
The whole platform has to change a lot in case we want to get even close to compete with facebook. The basics exist but they should be improved significantly, especially in regards to design and further features.
I don't think we should be competing with Facebook. This more like a new Reddit to me.

usesteem.com is working better for me. Using my posting key to get things done.
Sure, there are alternatives we may use but it´s still simply annoying...
Especially since Steemit is supposed to be to main platform.
Sure we have Zapple, Busy, UseSteem and others. But Steemit should be the backbone for the others to fall back on. Not the other way around.

Yes I agree. Communication from the back end needs to be improved.
If none can acces the platform. Then none can withdrawn their SP. Which stabilizes the price of Steem because nobody is able to sell it anymore.

It would be great if i could comment from the first time , but yea, honestly saying steemit is terrible. Lots of people writing posts, how good are changes bla bla bla. Are you serious ? They changed a feed look , which looks by the way ugly and we have to thank for it ? No , not me. I am not gonna write bullshit about incredible update and raise money from that. I prefer to criticise, showing the real deal. How many developers are working on steemit , 30-60 ? Guys you should be fired!!!
I´m not too convinced of the new look neither so far. I´d really like to have bigger pictures again!
I understand they are working on improving the system as we are seeing changes daily when trying to use it.
I am not sure why they do not just make a statement and some kind of roadmap to put us all at ease as to why everyone is getting problems.
I haven't really used it today as it was causing frustration.
It´s strange overall as you shouldn´t work on the productive page but rather a development copy that will be released regularly.
Yes that is what I thought, but they have tested it first with a test system that does not get enough traffic, and when they roll it out onto a live system they realise it's not working.
Maybe they should put a test system live, to enable a proper test to be done, by live users.
