Free things are sloppy.
Steem's biggest problem is that transaction costs are free.
So all kinds of weird posts come up, because of it's anonymous and free transaction.
I think Blurt did a really good job of charging for posts and comments.

The limitation of steem is that there is no cost to develop and no cost to maintain the system.
We need money for continuous development, but there's no place to pay for it now.

The foundation has no choice but to raise money by selling its own steem, which is difficult to sustain.
Maybe that's why Ned sold the steem and left.

So Avle wants to charge a certain amount of money for posting and commenting.

There were lots of talk about the tragedy of the common land.
That tragedy happens because public land is free.
I don't think that's gonna happen if there's a cost.

Steem의 가장 큰 문제는 트랜잭션비용이 공짜라는 것입니다.
그러니 온갖 이상한 포스트가 다 올라옵니다.
익명에 공짜이니 그럴 수 밖에 없지요
blurt가 포스트와 댓글에 비용을 부과한 것은 정말 잘 한 것이라고 생각합니다.

스팀의 한계는 개발할 비용과 시스템을 유지할 비용이 나오지 않는다는 것입니다.
지속적인 개발을 위해서는 비용이 필요한데 지금은 그런 비용이 나올 곳이 없습니다

재단이 자신이 보유한 스팀을 팔아서 비용을 조달하는 수 밖에 없는데 그것은 지속가능하기 어렵지요
Ned가 스팀을 팔고 떠난 것도 그런 이유 때문이 아닐까요

그래서 Avle은 포스팅과 댓글에 일정정도의 비용을 부과하려고 합니다 .

스팀을 하면서 공유지의 비극이란 말이 많았습니다.
그런 비극이 발생하는 것은 공유지가 공짜이기 때문입니다
