Recovering Memories in Our Imagination Usually Causes Us Pain and Annoying Feelings

It is usually of painful memories to go back and forth without warning to live in the lifes of people with all the pain and problems at a time when we thought that everything had ended forever. Disturbing memories can wake up when people watch a similar scene or incident on television or read about it in newspapers. Or a person may be worse off when similar conditions are imposed

Recovering memories in our imagination usually causes us pain and annoying feelings, and this is linked to the way we recall memories within the mind.

There are usually two ways to present memories within the imagination:

The first way is to show the memories as if the event is happening now, moment by moment and in all its details. This method usually causes severe pain to the body and feelings. Man, of course, can change this way of presenting the memories within the mind to the second, which is what we should learn and practice. (This method is very suitable to restore beautiful and wonderful memories)

The second way is to show the memories inside the mind, any process to remember must be in this way and this way by repeating the meaning of experience is changed, so the effect of the real event is lighter on the body and feelings, where the mind gets used to this pattern, and gradually erase the feelings and pain from the real memories and from memories stored in our mind.
