Her Regret
Wow, It’s been three months and I am still alive. She thought as she chuckled a bit.
I think the beauty of it all is I feel the transition of me moving farther and farther away from someone I have known all my life that suddenly quit loving me. The love of my life, that without notice turned and walked away. Some say there were signs. They questioned with doubt “Did you not see the signs?” Because if you would have been paying attention you could have saved yourself a lot of heartache.” Maybe they are right. But the place where I am now is so much bigger than the illusion of that relationship. In retrospect as I look at me now, and I see my strength and endurance., as I look at all the accomplishments I made in three months, as I Iook at how I was able to pick up the pieces and move on, as I look at how much time I wasted, I regret the day that I quit loving me. Because when I did I gave others permission to do the same. Now I am healing and learning to lovingly forgive myself.

Really good! I love your slow build. Excellent for the word restriction!

Thanks, @robyneggs for your comment and your continual support. I was on your blog earlier today. And I will be back.

IF ONLY SHE HAD KNOWN

Success was just a facade.Deep down inside her successful life was her un-told pain, burning so deep, choking her existence, threatening to stiffle her very being like a hydra-headed monster. It was a pain orchestrated by her reckless past, two subsequent abortions in the days of her youth which now returns to haunt her, taunt her, and flaunt her mistakes in her face.
She had been so young, so beautiful and so adventurous. Thirty years later, all she had left of her 25 years of un-fruitful marriage was hopeless forlorness. For a greater part of these years, she had been disgraced and de-humanized for her inability to reproduce.
And today, she stands looking at her albatross, with her marriage on the brink of total collapse, she had lost the will to live.
She watched in helplessness and remembered.......'You have very slim chances of pro-creating if you go on with this abortion, please keep this one' The Doctor's plea reverberated from her past............And tears rolled down un-controllably.
There was no way she was going to loose her dignity and respectability by having a child un-wed, at 19. ..........And more tears tumbled freely.

Wow, I could almost feel her pain

Thank you dear for reading.

Kate's Regret

Kate had a wonderful performance in her secondary education, affording her admission into one of the foremost universities to study Economics. She got to school, so confident. Her beauty and prowess soon got her attracted to the biggest girls on campus and she enjoyed the glamour and fame, the partying and the travels. She got so pompous that she would not associate with the so called low class. Not even Tola, who was once her High school classmate.

At the end of her first session, she was close to first class and was confident that she would make it the next semester. During her final year, her quest for societal leadership made her lose concentration in class. She took a course from the Statistics department, which she couldn't get a grasp of, but thought she would crash-read it before exams. The little she could study was however not enough, as she failed the course.

Top companies, including Kate's dream company, offered the best students in the school employment at the end of that session but Kate missed out as she could not graduate. She regrets not approaching those who could teach her when she needed help.

Love and Prejudice
I said the woman will go, I do not want you anymore! I'm sick and you do not do anything, I do not even have medication! The man looked at him with his angry eyes; He said there are things you do not know.

Woman: I do not know what, you tell me, do not you ever love me? How do you explain that you will not be able to do anything even if you are sick 30 years after any recollection?

Adam: You do not allow the explanation; but you are not!

Woman: I do not want to listen to you, I'm going. There is no explanation what you did!

Dostum: Stop then, stay here, stay here for fear of losing. What happens if you do this? there is a notebook in the drawer of the room cupboard, read it!

He took the jacket, man, tired steps. The woman went to the room, opened the drawer with curious eyes and took the handbook. It's a day. It started to read;

Today is the meaning of my life, I talked with the doc. Medications are very heavy, only medication can be given to sleep or sleep. Because it's so painful, if you do not want to feel it, you should use it, doctor. Oh my God, it's too heavy, I can never bear to suffer. And there is a tear drop on this scream ... The best thing is to inject the medicines after giving the sleeping pills and showing nothing. At least it is best to have it until the disease is a little better ... And so on. This time the woman's tears fell in her diary, and she was overwhelmed with regret.

Her Regret

"Wait! Izzy! No, stop!"

Too late. The three-year-old went one step too far and tumbled off the wooden platform and into the ankle-deep muddy water six inches below. Unhurt, but unsure what to make of her now mud-soaked dress and the dirty water dripping down her angelic little forehead she stood back up and turned to look back at her mother. In one hand she clutched the baggie of bread crumbs and in the other her sippy cup, which had managed to splatter a few purple drops on her perfect little cheeks for good measure. The ducks she had been attempting to feed had scattered, but not too far knowing there was still food to be had. She had even managed to acquire a feather, plastered to her wet hair, that fit so perfectly behind her little ear it almost looked like it was meant to be there.

Gazing fondly down at her child, who by her look, couldn't decide whether she should be laughing or crying, the mother quickly grabbed her phone and aimed it....only to discover it was blank.

"Oh, no! Why didn't I plug this in last night?!"

It all started that cool sunday morning,
everyone was up and preparing to go to the church,
She's was still on her bed meditating and remembering the Good old days,
Her mind was running back and forth trying to remember how it all happened, why her life was so messed up.
She remembered her friends who live the fast life lane (ladies of easy virtues) and how they encourage her to indulge on such immoral acts.
She wouldn't have, you know?but everyone was finding who to blame, they find it suitable blaming their country and its economy for their own downfalls.

She remembered how she was lured to that same man she saw a day before who offered her heaven and earth back then,
Yea, her friends play a vital role in her downfall.
they were the ones who introduced her to the man who was said to be working in an oil firm,
She would never forget that night she was laid,
She offered the man a condom, but the man offered her more pay if they go raw
Tears rolled down her cheek as she remembered what the doctor told her.
That was definitely "her regrets"

Thanks for this contest @stach, here is my entry to the contest

Just three weeks after this, her parents discovered she was pregnant and her parents being so mean abandoned her and her academics came to an end, Jide fled away from her and she became a laughing stock in her area. THE CRAZIEST PLAN EVER

A very long time ago during the dark ages when facebook still grasp the very inner and outer parts of media websites covering the screen with ads and very low protection against hackers.

Then after many months a person had come up with the idea of adding a reward system, the person tried to introduce his/her idea but it was cancelled because the idea of rewarding people to use a free service sounded insane but this din't stop the proposers dream

Until the very day he/she met a fellow cryptonian he/she asked the person how do you get paid and what do you do

The expert replied and the noob was amazed!
Knowing that the idea or dream is still feasible he/she would start the development of whats to come later on

Then after a couple months of work and development of what is know as steemit as of today
Knowing that this is possible and the reward system is never more invested in
After many consideration the website was released a day before Christmas

and it was a jolly miracle the idea works and the content and human interface had never been better, then she realized all it took was a
reward system.

I wish...

The italian man had just gone his 5th round of sex and was sucking in air, in long drags after a short sniff of cocaine, while onome laid throbbing on the edge of the bed. He was the 8th man to have done today but it was just 4.pm in the evening, madam once again knocked and gave the italian a queer smile accompanied by a heavy accented italian remark onome couldn't understand. As madam made for the door, luigi asked her in jumbled english, "i can, my dog, now?" And madam only looked back giving a short nod. Onome would not understand until a large pitbull was led into the room onto her naked throbbing body, she struggled but vainly as the last bouts of energy she could muster, earned her a huge slap. She would be done only after another half an hour. Two weeks after, she was diagnosed of a rare disease, madam wouldn't pay for treatment, as she spluttered bloody cough, she recollected how peaceful her life had been before her friend gladis had told her about a lucrative opportunity overseas, little did she know. Now she lays in streets in livorno, condition worsened, with almost nothing to eat and a wish.
