वेजिटेबल बिरयानी कैसे बनाएं
वेजिटेबल बिरयानी
- सबसे पहले एक कुकर में अपने आवश्यक्ता अनुसार चावल बनाएं ।
- फिर प्याज गाजर आलू हरी मिर्ची हरी धनिया हरी मटर सब को अलग अलग काट लें ।
- कढ़ाई में थोड़ा तेल गर्म करें ।
- सबसे पहले उसमे प्याज डालें फिर आलू मटर फिर गाजर और थोड़ी देर पकाए।
- उसके बाद थोड़ी हल्दी, नमक, हरी मिर्ची कटा हुआ हरी धनिया डालें और थोड़ी देर और पकाए ।
- उसके बाद पका हुआ चावल डाल दे फिर थोड़ी देर चलाते रहें ।
- आपका बिरयानी तैयार है।
- सजाने के लिए धनिया पत्ता हरी मिर्ची प्याज के साथ परोसे।
