When a person is in a good mood, he perceives the world through pink glasses. He turned a blind eye to the problems, the easier it is a minor trouble, quickly adapts to the circumstances. But if a person is in a bad mood: he is angry, offended, upset, he perceives the world negatively. At such moments, we do not want to do anything, everything falls out of hand, any little thing can unsettle us. We often bring down our anger not only on close people, but also on friends, colleagues and strangers. That is why a positive attitude is so important. If you learn to be more comfortable with your negative emotions, not let them take you up over your mind and plunge you into a bad mood, you will see how your life will change.
