Hello everyone! Indigo - what color is this? I think, not everyone will be able to visualize this color in his head. For me, the color of Indigo is a deep saturated color, I think there are many shades of it. Looking at the photo, I imagine, it is the color of Indigo.

On the photo are the blueberries, which we collected in the summer in the woods. Interestingly, if you wash the berries, the color will change a little. You like blueberries? This berry is very useful. The plant is rich in antioxidants, that help to resist stress. The use of berries, due to the neutralization of free radicals, slows the aging process of the body, is the prevention of cancer, stroke, atherosclerosis, heart attack. Blueberry contains a lot of ascorbic acid, retinol, vitamins and minerals. It is interesting, that not only berries, but also leaves of a plant are useful. They are famous for their bactericidal properties due to the fact, that they contain vitamin C in large quantities. The use of drugs containing blueberry leaf helps to get rid of heartburn, relieves stomach cramps, increases the acidity of gastric juice. Leaves of the bilberry have useful anti-inflammatory, choleretic, diuretic properties, so effective in kidney disease and liver disease.
