Dear reader - Steem has been renamed to Hive since May 2020. My content therefore has moved with me to Hive, and I hope to see you there: peakd.com/@soyrosa.

Cool shot! Nice use of reflections. Resteemed!

O my good heavens!

This is really superb. God knows I'm still trying to figure out how you got this so right cause it looks like a pre planed photo shot but its very unique, in fact for me I would say that this is a master piece. What else would I say than that you are very lucky just like you've explained in the last paragraph. Yeah, you're really lucky to have been at the right place, at the right time and with a right device that helped you shot the right scene.

Thumbs up dear!

You really good at what you're doing. Keep it up.

Thank you @voclab :-) It really helps if I have my 'photographers brain' ON so to say, I can see shots everywhere and can even anticipate (like when I see a bicycle coming and I see a puddle I can quickly imagine how that will be a great combination in a photo) :-)

Cheers!

Yeah, you sure can say that again. I am motivating by your concept and big eyes. I hope that one day, I would be like you. Thumbs up and more shots to your gallery.

In Boston, here, we have a very similar bridge, modeled after the famous one near you!

Really? Because that bridges 'image' is strictly copyrighted - would love to see a picture of that bridge, do you have a name @bluefinstudios? :-)

Our bridge is called the Zakim Bridge, in Boston
Same design type

Id say this is the Erasmus seen from a puddle right??

Super awesome shot actually!

It is indeed! :D And thank you! :D

It’s really beautiful. Great capture

Thanks a lot @mindtrap! :-)

This is SO CREATIVE! Love the composition.

:D Thanks Eve!

Amazing photo. Is it a collage of two shots? I see the white line dividing the sidewalk and the road, or perhaps you added that? It is very creative and affective, no matter how you achieved it!! I love it!!

Thanks @dmcamera! It's not a college but many people thought the same when I first published it. What you see is indeed the division between sidewalk and bicycle lane (next to that lane is another road for cars). The sidewalk is a bit elevated compared to the bicycle lane. Thanks for the compliments! :-)

Well caught! Did the sidewalk have that white stripe on it? Makes it like the photo is divided in two.

Sorry for the late reply, but YES, that's a very 'fancy' stripe at the edge of the sidewalks - this bridge was heavily designed and optimized as it's a huge bridge that has to open for bigger ships to pass :-) So details like these show how much attention went into constructing it :-)

So cool. It divides the image so well!

funny how something so familiar to you can be almost completely foreign to someone else. I think I need to find a photo that is part of my every day day and see what other people think x

I would love to see that @princessmewmew! Because it really is a nice exercise for yourself too: what is the thing I don't really notice anymore that might be super interesting to someone else? Helps you to stay mindful about everything around you :-)

sensational shot. while i cant tell exactly what it is im seeing, it is easy to see it is a reflection, and a shadow. perception is like opinion. sometimes it gets stuck if the mind is not flexible

That's absolutely true - it's pretty interesting how the mind plays with us. But this is a 'difficult' shot for sure, especially the line in the middle creates this feeling it might be a collage or something :-) Thanks for stopping by! <3
