Today I'm the front page of the kitchen! and I've already cooked pasta in navy style and liver patties. Cutlets straight! All the photos are mine. And here is the recipe:

Wash the liver, peel and peel the veins and cut into small cubes.
Finely chop the onion as well.
Grind the flakes into crumbs.
Combine the liver, onion, egg, sour cream and spices. Mix well.
Add the oat flakes, mix again and leave for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, if the mixture becomes runny, add flour.

Fry over medium heat, turning over.

Thus, the liver becomes tender thanks to the batter. Juicy and satisfying! And it's also useful!
