Do you ever have a day where you really don't want to do anything but you know you need to? Pain in the bum those days are!

When having that kind of day, the thought, 'I will just turn on my computer to see if there are any important messages' translates into 'O. M.G. is it already 2 PM?'

This happens to me more times than even I will admit. So trust me on this one!

When finding yourself now faced with a shorter time to get everything done, a person would think that this would set my bum into action and start......well, getting things done that need doing TODAY!

Yeah, that didn't quite happen.

Honest, it is! Really!! I blame him! You see a few weeks ago I did his Barefoot/Grounded Challenge that you can see here. It was cold outside but I found I did love sitting in the sun under my old maple tree and chatting. My thoughts didn't seem as scattered while snuggled up to my tree talking to all of you in that video.

You do know where this is leading, don't you?

Today was a wonderfully warm 60F/15.5C degree's outside. The sun shining through my windows, my tree calling to me, it missed me! Honest! I was not procrastinating AT ALL! Hmmmmmm..... let's move on shall we, while we leave that last sentence behind.

Knowing that sitting under a tree always makes me want to do chores <cough, cough> I put my cape on and grabbed my tablet to enjoy just 5 minutes of sunshine...........

What? Why bring a tablet for only five minutes of relaxing and sitting in the sun?

Hmmmmmm, you guys are surely asking a lot of questions today! Let's move on and see if we can find some answers to all these questions you are asking.

I took my seat under my maple tree and soaked in the sun that has been hiding for days here and started thinking about the last week I had just survived. Isn't survived a bit of a strong word? I'm very sure you are wondering.

It is a strong word but a friend, in real life, had stopped over with a whole bunch of different kinds of beer and asked if I wanted one. Now, normally I don't drink. I take way too many medications, with warnings all over them not to drink, to think that drinking is a good idea.

BUT......

It was Saint Patricks Day and I had an Alliance 'Pow Wow' to go to and I thought "What the HECK! Live a little!" so I did!

By the time the meeting started, I had half that beer gone and I was feeling very happy.

Then the word bot came into play so I finished my beer and went to look for another fancy beer. To my dismay, hubby and his friend had drunk all the rest of those fancy beers. I understood and was not upset because there were only six bottles of beer and I do live in Wisconsin, USA.

If you are not sure what that means please watch this video of Lewis Black but be careful there is a TON of swearing. It is very funny and very true to the State I live in!

Needless to say, I woke up this morning with a bit of a headache from my one and one-half beers I had.

"Wait! Where did the other 1/2 beer come from?", someone wanted to know.

Oh, wayyyyyyyyyy in the back of my refrigerator. It was hiding for just such an occasion.

"What occasion are you talking about?" said everyone now reading this far.

That would be the occasion when you had one beer, it tasted so good you wanted another one but your hubby and his friend drank all the rest while you were learning about Bots. Thank goodness for all the lost beers in the back of refrigerators!

Now, what does all this have to do with the soon to be beautiful maple tree in my backyard? that I'm now sitting under with a tablet in front of me and the record button might have been on? Nothing really but it was a fun story to tell and I just thought you would enjoy hearing it too. 😁

I also give a bit more advice but you will have to watch the video to find out the rest because my laundry now needs to be changed and it's Midnight and I still have more loads to get done before sleep comes to call.
