Making it Big on Steemit
Are you thinking of how you can make it big on Steemit?
Many people are making hundreds and thousands of dollars from the Internet. Do you know how they are able to do it? The only answer is going viral.
According to dictionary.com the definition of viral is: "relating to or involving an image, video, piece of information, etc., that is circulated rapidly and widely from one Internet user to another."
Yes, going viral on Internet is the way one can make lots of money or become famous which can turn any ordinary person into a celebrity, and thanks to the Internet, especially Social Media Platforms made is possible for any ordinary person to make it big by delivering a message to the community through means of texts, images, videos, voice etc etc
The Need for Talent
One must have talent to make it, its a must, strategy comes next. I read a small biography of Albert Einstein about how he faced lots of rejections during the start of his journey & how he barely managed to get a passing degree when he was a student, but then how he changed the world with his Relativity theory making him immortal even after his death. Thats pure talent.
But then again, I have also heard about Dhinchak Pooja the Indian singer who made it big because she was brave enough to record her so called "music videos" on YouTube making her an international celebrity because people get to enjoy making trolls out of her, she may not be a music talent, but her music gave people a reason to laugh at and have fun, and because of that she is now leading a life where she is not financial dependent on anybody at the age of 23 which is a huge thing for a person in India. I would recommend you to check her Official YouTube Channel and comment what you think of such awesome talent
Aamir Khan's new movie: Secret Superstar
Bollywood Superstar Aamir Khan's upcoming movie Secret Superstar is based on a girl whose dream is to become a singer but because she is from a conservative Muslim family, she was always hold back by her family's conservative nature, but then how she recorded a video of her song playing the guitar is singing which got viral.. Based on the movie trailer, I can pretty much guess the concept of this movie: Two important factors include: her singing talent & using the technology, specially the social media which made it possible for her much to reach the mass
Steemit and The Shopping Mall Theory
Sometimes I feel Steemit is a big shopping mall, and the users are just like the small shops trying to appeal the customers from buying their shops. But there is this small difference. On a shopping mall there are two types of roles played by two individual groups: The Seller & The Buyer. Similarly here we are trying to sell our contents, the price is the upvotes which other users give us. But here one individual is sometimes a sell (blogger) and sometimes a buyer (upvoter).
Have you realized how a shop tries to appeal the customer to come into their shop instead of going to the shop next to them? The first and most important part is the display. A customer goes to a mall to buy a product which they need, and whenever they saw the product which they want to buy, they enter the shop which displays it. If you want to sell something to someone, you have to show them that thing at first. Similarly on Steemit, the display is the "Title of the Content, The first few lines, the first graphic which works as the thumb and the tags"
Unique Selling Point (USP)
@Originalworks : Say No To Plagiarism
One of the core foundation of blockchain technology is data protection. Once a data has been entered, it can not be altered or deleted. It remains forever in the system. In the past, we have seen on many occasions of researchers stealing another person's work and submitted under their own name and received various recognitions
But with Steemit there is no chance of that, have you ever noticed that this platform has no option to edit or delete any blog once they have been posted? This really eliminates the need for secrecy when working on a paper, everything is open and yet belongs to the owner only. On many cases researchers shows their paper to other people to obtain their opinion and some greedy people just publish the paper using their own names and get all the credits they want, thats how Steemit saves those kind of hard workers from those greedy people, if you are working on a paper just upload the paper here and tell your mentor or friend to read from here and send you back the feedback. You will always own the authorship under your own name if you rely on blockchain instead of email or printed documents.

Steem is an amazing platform for people's unique talents. We are at the forefront of the future of the Internet.
Yes..but we need to enhance our knowledge and take the first mover advantage. I regret why I recently found this network. Why nobody invited me to join in 2016 💔
But I want to see how I progress by the end of 2018
An other good one, thank you. :)
You are welcome

I love the fact that the steemit content is uneditable. Once it is there, it is there forever.
It lets me edit my posts after I posted then when I make a typo. :S
Anyways it's a great post. I like your shopping mall analogy. Really simplifies what steemit is for when it comes to earning.
oh looks like you enjoyed it :) it looks cool @skreza
