Mission Control, the Steem Coins have landed!
I almost gave my mailman a heart attack when I came up behind him. I was watching and waiting for him and when he showed up, I didn't even give him a chance to shove my package in the mailbox.

AH This is super cool, I love how they are actually made of silver and having a limited production number always makes it more collectible. Great idea love it!
Thanks. We in the #steemsilvergold group kicked this idea around for about a month or so. Then we even had a little contest among ourselves to come up with a design for the reverse of the coin. @sevinwilson drove the project along and @bearone came up with the winning design. There were 1,500 made in the inaugural batch and they sold out almost immediately.

Thanks! It's not Sterling silver (which is .925% fine), but rather pure fine .999 silver. Basically all silver!
