📷Interesting still lifes and landscapes from the past
Hello, Steemians! Hi friends! Today I will show you the photos that I did at the exhibition held in our Art Museum.
I liked this flower arrangement by Martiros Sarian. The canvas is called "Flowers" (1960). Bright juicy colors will attract your attention at once.
This picture is called "Still Life with scissors". Work of the artist Alexander Kuprin.
Kuprin was known as one of the greatest masters of Russian art of the first half of the XXth century. He was called an artist of the industrial landscape.
And this is a still life by Ilya Mashkov, the brightest original artist of the XX century, who lived quite an interesting and rich life full of different impressions.
In each room of the Museum there is something amazing and unique.
In this room we saw a copy of an amazing picture of Raphael Santi, which is called "Madonna in the chair." The canvas depicts the virgin Mary with the baby Christ in her arms and John the Baptist. Today, the original canvas by Santi is in the Palatine Gallery in Florence.
These paintings can be viewed for hours: to study strokes, the smallest details, to evaluate the play of light and shadow.
Interest in the visual arts is not extinguished. It seems to be the usual everyday paintings, such as this painting by Yuri Pimenov, but they are interesting for creative and seeking nature.
This painting is called "Flowers in the fog" (1958).
Simple but tasteful. I was particularly impressed by the fog itself. Interesting decision, isn't it? Human figures as if are behind a certain veil, live their lives and do not suspect anything...
Walking through the halls of the Museum, you understand how many more unknown and unconscious paintings, yet unrecognized names.
There are floods, such as this, which was depicted by Alexei Gritsay in the painting called "Spring flood on the Oka" (1985-1987).
There are earthquakes or fires, people are born and die, get married and divorce, and paintings live forever, because art never dies...
