Hello everyone,
It's week 3 in the Steemit engagement challenge for season 17 and I'm delighted to share my participation in the contest organised here in this community which goes with the title Experiences come with age or circumstances!, I will discuss my opinion about this topic below.
Experiences come with age or circumstances is a very good and interesting topic which I believe many will love to share their participation in and air out their view and my case is no different. I hope you will have fun reading through my input on this topic today. Without further ado let's get started.
| How do you define maturity? |

Many people define maturity in different ways just as the topic we are looking at today talks about experience coming with age or maturity. Maturity also can come with age or experience I e circumstances.
So in my opinion, I would like to say that maturity can be seen as the ability of one to handle things in a more suitable way i.e. the person in question must be ready to look at things more deeply before concluding.
Maturity means the ability to face any situation and handle it peacefully without causing chaos and destroying others. A good example of being mature is when you are in a situation where ordinarily you are supposed to react badly but because you know the after-effect of reacting badly you decide to hold yourself.
So, in my opinion, that is what maturity is all about. It doesn't require age but the mindset to think ahead and know what will be favorable thereafter.

There is a saying that a fool at 40 is a fool forever. If that saying is true, then I will say experience doesn't come with age instead experience comes with circumstances. Indeed when you have faced some circumstances in life, you will learn from them and you won't need a seer to tell you the effect again because you have the experience already.
A good example is if you find yourself in circumstances that are between life and death even as a child and you can come out of such circumstances, you have learned from that experience and when anything like that shows up again, you will be able to stand it.
You can be older and you don't have any experience of anything because you have not been faced with any circumstances before. But as a child when you face these challenges they build you into becoming a stronger person.

Yes, I believe that older people can learn many things from the youth. Currently, older people are getting outdated because of the knowledge they have and they need new knowledge which is what the younger generation has today so any older person who continues to move with the trend must be ready to learn from the youth.
Moreover, it was said that experience is the best teacher but not every older person has the experience, a younger person may have the experience before the older person does so the older person must have to learn from the younger person.
Finally, I have come to realize that information is also the best teacher. So the youth today have the information that the older people need for their progress. Everyone in life needs information and this information is a part of learning from someone and that is what older people do.
I want to finally invite @pelon53, @steemdoctor1, and @kouba01 to share their participation in this contest if they have not done so.
You are right even a child can distinguish danger and take action which in essence means taking responsibility and reacting to the circumstances sorrounding the person. An adult can also do this.

Handling situations peacefully is crucial for maturity. My experience has taught me that reacting impulsively often leads to more problems. So, staying calm and composed is key, just like my grandma used to say.
I think this is spot on. Experience is about facing different situations, not just growing older. I remember when I was younger, facing a tough situation taught me more than any number of birthdays ever could.
This rings true in today's fast-paced world. My observation is that staying open to learning from younger generations keeps us relevant. It's like upgrading your skills to keep up with the latest technology – necessary for survival in today's world.

Sometimes experience is always the best teacher and we tend to learn quite a lot from it at times also. That is the way we learn. We learn and we will keep learning day by day

Ese refrán está un tanto duro pero transmite un llamado de atención que debemos tener en cuenta porque, allí nos están dando a entender que, debemos hacer lo esencial para adquirir experiencias durante el transcurso de la vida ya que, si nos quedamos de brazos cruzados, no tendremos la madurez que necesitamos para accionar y tomar decisiones.

The older one gets, the more mature one is not necessarily, but experience and mature behavior will make one truly mature. Very interesting writing, Good luck friends....
