Basic things you need to know about future trading

As a trader, do not put in what you can not afford to lose. A professional told me, Simon don't put in your money for a house rent, don't put in your money for school fees and don't put in your money they is designed for any other thing into trading and the reasons are not far fetched.

You can put in your money for flexing with friends, money for beer, smoking or money use for looking for women. That money when you lose you won't feel the impact much because you have already budgeted them for things that may not matter.

That being said, let's discuss the topic of the day. Futures trading as the name implies is a trade that traders predict the future and then earn when their predictions go in the right direction. You have two ways predictions in the future trade i.e. the long for buy and the short for sale.

You can predict that the price of an asset will pump there by going long in the trade or you can predict that the price of an asset will dump there by going short in the trade. When your prediction works well, then you should arrive at a profit.

For my first future trade on coinW, I have been able to place two trades with a good position taking into consideration my stop loss and take profit as well as the leverage of the trade. It is recommended that when trading future if you are trading with at most $50, you shouldn't use leverage above 10x.

More also, as a beginner trader, do not use the cross-margin trade instead always use the isolated margin in all your trade. Cross margin can cause liquidation of all your funds if the market goes against you. So please be very careful and use the isolated at all times.

That is my little review about trading future at the moment. Stovking your asset with out trading and waiting for the price to raise is an old mentality hence we have to do aware with it and embrace the future which is trading your tokens to earn more rewards.
