Daily Steem Price Update 8/9/2021

Good day Steemian and welcome to today's Steem price update for 8/9/2021.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price's and recent STEEM changes for now over 4 years.

If you tire of addictively looking at the charts every few minutes then instead just relax and look here for the average daily STEEM price for your daily plan or strategy.
And even if you are not planning to do anything with your STEEM I still recommend checking out these updates every so often.
So without further ado lets take a look at today's Daily Steem Price for 8/9/2021.

Here we are in September, what happened to all the summer weather we was suppose to get? It's probably been one of the worst years for a decent summer and from what I have read from other users on here it's been similar for many. It's either been raining or muggy but perhaps I shouldn't complain as I have not suffered too badly with hayfever this year. But wait what's this.. the past 4 days now we have sunny and very hot weather...well I guess it's not the first time this as happened and so I did expect some hot days in September. Anyway since one of my superiors as left the company I have worked less volatile shifts and I can't even express how much it's improved many things for me. But I felt this was coming to it's end as shifts began getting slightly volatile, instead this turned out to be the end of something much more. I mentioned a few things in the pasts few weeks which I guess were the warning signs. And so my boss called me towards the end of August announcing our company was closing 😱!! yikes! He did however say they are going to try and find "some" of us work, there's obviously no guarantee that any of us can find employment elsewhere within the company. Hearing the news at first I felt uneased but soon after it was more a feeling of excitement for what might be around the corner. I don't think the whole situation as fully sunk in yet for me or any of the other staff. This situation going forward could either be a good thing or a complete disaster. I continue to plan my next move as more information becomes available but can't deny this is a misfortune as it ruins many set plans, as not knowing what the future holds places some uncomfortable road blocks. There was news on some possible positions near me "or so I thought" it turns out it's much further out then I initially expected. And so that would add to higher travel costs and more time sinking. Talking to others they still think the deal would be worth taking "well just about".. I'm a little unsure to be honest, the more I looked into it the more I think it might be better to just leave. But there was a update that they are still prioritising on a possible relocation which would be good, but it's something I continue to not have much faith in " I actually thought this option had been completely forgotten about". I will just have to wait and see what actual options I get "if any" as I believe we continue working until the end of November. Today I had work I done a much longer shift which I knew from yesterdays phone call that I would be doing but didn't realise how screwed over I was getting as there was basically no staff in, not sure what happened but I was left with a ton to do. Which actually turned-out to be fine as I could just do everything my way. I checked over some paper work the other day and I notice I was down for doing some kind of "re-training" on tasks this week which are the ones I absolutely hate doing and so this would mean I would be doing alot more of them. I don't understand as to why they want to change me over "now" when we are about to close. I did wonder if the intentions of my boss were to keep me up to speed in other areas so that I may find a position easier somewhere else, but he's not a nice guy and so option 2 is he's doing it to make sure I have the worst possible time remaining here. Luckily another colleague done some investigating into it and seems to be some mistake down on paper, it's infact more likely to be a update meeting about the shutdown rather then training, I got a letter today basically reminding me I was having this meeting. Talk about leaving it to the very last minute..in the letter it claims to be about discussing how the closure affects me and what are my future options...so yea hopefully all goes well. After work I have been taking the longer way home, I didn't yesterday and today as I was doing long hours. Anyway the point is with these lockdowns regardless of still working during them I noticed some personal weight gain, and so I have continued to try and shed some of the weight off with tracking my step count per-day and doing small daily workouts. I began doing this in April and will continue to do so until my work schedule won't allow for it anymore. But pleased to notice the weight is shifting. This firstly started around the beginning of May and then once again in July. It was towards the end of July and August were others also began to notice my weight loss, so it definitely does take it's time. My goal was not to tell anybody until they mentioned it first, like this I would know for sure it's a truthful comment. While the fat is once again being stubborn to burn I still think I have to admit to myself that there as definitely been some progress, even if sometimes it doesn't feel like much as changed. There was also some slight muscle gain so I can't complain. I think I'm about %60 of the way to where I want to be overall, I did meet a good friend the other day who said they could see a difference in weight loss but doesn't think any muscle was gained infact they claim it was lost, a little devastating to hear because I'm sure it's not correct. I missed 3 workout days, got one in and then missed another 2 , yesterday I got one and missed todays due to working all day. As for steps we started the week good and so having reached a total today of 60k steps, out of the 105k weekly target.
