Good day Steemian and welcome to today's Steem price update for 29/10/2023.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price's and recent STEEM changes for over 7 years.

If you tire of addictively looking at the charts every few minutes then instead just relax and look here for the average STEEM price for your daily plan or strategy.
And even if you are not planning to do anything with your STEEM I still recommend checking out these updates every so often.
So without further ado lets take a look at today's Daily Steem Price for 29/10/2023.

October 2023 Last night there was a bit of a slight confusion with the one hour change difference and while it seemed that in this case I would get a little more sleep this didn't end up happening. I went to sleep late but what caused the real issue was that I woke up much earlier then necessary, not sure why, either I got too hot or I was not used to the extra sleep. I tried going back to sleep without much luck and so I decided to get out of bed and start the day as I had a lot to get done before leaving to meet friends for the 2nd and last part of the event. Firstly some chores needed to be done and then actually get ready, I mostly had to make sure I had everything I needed for the the day and of course figure out what to wear. With most of this seeming under control I felt like I had enough time to have breakfast at home, and while this was true what cause a delay was that we somehow had to pick-up my friends medication from somewhere as they ran out. This made me arrive a little later than I wanted but luckily from the messages I was receiving it seemed others were also running late and so I definitely wouldn't be the last one to get to the meeting spot. Once we all had breakfast an started heading towards the event it started to unfortunately rain. Still on the way we figured out were we could pick up the medicine my friend needed, this lead us to doing a bit of shopping which I honestly thought was leading us to being very late for the event. But as my friend rightly pointed out we infact still arrived at a good time. As for part 2 we had a great time at the event but I was a little gutted that yesterday we had to miss the show I wanted to see because of course people wanted to get food and while I did consider getting food later and not miss the show some of the best moments are just sitting with your friends and enjoying some good food together. And so today I made the decision to separate the group as some of us were definitely going to catch the shows I wanted to see this time. While I enjoyed the shows I'm still not fully sure if I made the best decision leaving from the main group. However by the time the shows were done there was no more time to look at anything else for us and so we regrouped and headed towards a bar that is in our area much closer to home. It was here that it actually finally gave me a chance to talk with the whole group properly as I felt like some people were a little left out. Some of us left earlier as they had work to get in for first thing in the morning while myself and a few others stayed behind a little too late. After hanging around talking in the freezing cold for too long we finally said our goodbyes and made our way home. Still what a relief to wake up feeling rid of that weird under surface headache I had, as for those same feelings I had in my chest when I was suffering from the hayfever "badly" I still slightly feel it. It was worrying me that this is leading up to having asthma I thought this was a problem from perhaps the damp air at home but I noticed I felt it more at work than at home. Still watching Steem go upwards was a spectacle in itself, Steem went over the $0.30 mark on October 25th which means we would of started to get SBD's but the annoying part on all this is how Steem fell back down even further than the $0.25 mark "ouch". It was very much expected to see Steem fall of course but I honestly didn't think it would of been that far down. The forecasters were right about the sudden drop of temperature, a little heating as had to be used at home and it's insane seeing the cost of energy instantly triple, the government really does want it's people to suffer the cold. Banks will be putting more limits on how much cash your allowed to withdraw per day and annually in a obvious step towards a cashless society. Their excuse as per usual for doing this is to "protect" you. Perhaps it would be of interest to convert some money to crypto instead as it can provide at least less restrictions, Steem would be a nice place to start. As for Steem since around April 2022 we had a big fall that took it down to £0.14 but with such a large fall this helped us on collecting more Steem. It was this drop in price that was "one" of the key factors that helped us on reaching our main goal for 2023. Our goal was to finally reach Orca which means holding 50k Steem Power, would you believe this as been a 6 year project that was realised earlier this year on July 21th. If your looking for Steem to be a success or just looking to earn more you should vote mostly on those who do not power down. Powering down lowers the value of Steem, meaning it lowers the value of your investment and even the Steem that your earning from posting. On Steemit there are still issues happening with the "replies page" after what was believed to be a attempted hack. Content is not loading past the first page, this is mostly is on the "replies" page. But I believe the other issues are fixed, I hope the Steemit Team are still looking into resolving this issue. Please keep in mind and be aware that these problems can cause issues on selecting our winners.
