Garden Update, for those who are still following along!
I was finally able to get some plants in the ground that you have seen over the last couple of updates.
Here are the peas, you can also see in the second picture the fencing I was talking about in the last update.
Now I have tomatoes coming up, I wanted a couple of larger varieties so these are Brandywine and German Pink tomatoes.
I also have cucumbers coming up to. I have 2 different kinds this year. Dragon's Egg and Beit Alpha. I also like how you can see the seed still attached at the top where these sprouted from!
I was also gifted some peppers from a friend. These are called Elephant Trunk. The curving pods will be 10 to 12 inches long and taper to a point or a three-lobed “nose” like an elephant’s trunk, hence the name.
Well I hope you enjoyed this update. Until next time!

Look at all those plants getting ready for summer. I bet those dragon eggs are going to be really interesting.
I grew some last year, they really are a fun cucumber to grow and eat! They also make for good conversation....as in someone asking "what is that???"
Is it too cold to plant anything outside where you are?
Pretty much. A few more weeks. We just drove 2 hours round trip for 100+ lbs of rabbit manure. I'm hoping for a good garden this year.

Thanks! Yeah I hope they do well this weekend, have some colder temps coming back. They should be ok as they are cold weather tolerant!
I wish you a nice start in a happy and productive summer with goooood harvest at the end :)
Your plants are looking good! Will seed out some peas this weekend as well!
Peace!
Thanks @tibfox !! I hope with the extra effort with the fencing and grow lights I will see a better harvest this year than last! Good luck on your peas!!
