A new "Teodor" is ready to dry ^_^
After a couple of days of work, the new "Teodor" is ready to dry!
I started this new painting just yesterday and you can see the process here. Thanks the fresh air of these days I could work in my lab in a very comfortable way and I feel myself full of energy and positive vibes, so I finished this artwork faster than I thought.
It's an oil panting on paper, the measures are 70 cm x 50 cm (27.5" x 19.6") and so it's bigger than the most part of my previous paintings on paper. The paper I used was part of an old frame I had in my lab and it was part of the back of it. To make more strong the paper I used the primer on the surface of the sheet (about 400 gsm paper) and I used my oil colors to paint the subject.
The painting is ready to dry, but I want to work also on the surface to make it part of the artwork. I thnk I'll "adjust" the frame tomorrow or in the next days, but I want to show you a details of the dress I painted for Teodor:
