Greetings Everyone, This is SHOHANA From #Bangladesh

Ramadan is going on and we have ramadan special food items available in the market. Beside the street and footpath there are many food shop that offers ramadan special food menu. Today in this blog I'm going to share some common food items in Ramadan at my place.

These are not all so I'm sharing common spicy ramadan special foods in this blog and I may share Ramadan special sweet food items in my next blog so keep following and wait for my next week best food post. Many family prepare these snacks at home and some prefer buying it from the shops on street.

Since my childhood days I ate chickpeas, beguni, piyaju and aloo chop as regular iftar (the time we breakfast in Ramadan) items. Today I'm going to share those common iftar food menu as the part of this best food post. I buy Beguni and Chickpeas almost daily during Ramadan because these are tastiest and we can't ignore the taste.

Ramadan special snacks- Aloo Chop

These are very common food items in my neighbor country too. Ramadan bring blessings and these foods gives us the feel of good taste. After fasting all day long we love to have these tasty foods and this satisfy our tongue though these are not enough, we add healthy fruits, salads, castards, juices and different kind of healthy drinks beside these common food items.

Recently I bought chocolate milk shake, mango juice and other kind of drinks when had my iftar or breakfast in this Ramadan. Having fruit juice is really healthy when we consume unhealthy snacks as our priority food in this Ramadan. We consume different kinds of sweets too and I will share those in my next food blog InshaAllah!

Actually this is traditional and emotions of people that we have such unhealthy foods during Ramadan. Our religion didn't selected these foods menu, we people selected these for us. Our Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) preferred having dates in the Iftar and you know that dates are healthy.
