Greetings Everyone, This is SHOHANA From #Bangladesh

It was a hot day of summer. I woke up early in the morning and followed my regular routine. Every week only on Saturday I bring some changes in my routine because I eat my breakfast outside in a restaurant but it was Thursday. I took shower in the noon and attend my prayers as usual.

Had my lunch after 1:30 pm and it was chicken curry with our staple food rice. I had a vegetable too as lunch menu. I had rest after lunch, most of the time I prefer a nap of half an hour and prepare for next prayer. I got ready for a walk in the afternoon after performing my prayer.

When I was leaving my hostel for a walk I collected a parcel from our hostel manager and it was a sunscreen cream that I ordered online. A sunscreen cream was my need and I find it online in affordable price.

Now whenever I go out in the sun I use this sunscreen to protect my facial skin though I wear mask but the heat of summer sun can be harmful for my facial skin. I took the parcel inside my bag and started walking.

Need to have hand towel tissue paper so bought it from a good store. There was a fruit van of pineapple and I bought a pineapple that the seller cut into pieces and sold to me.

I bought a pudding of coconut water and I love eating it often in this summer. I wanted to taste something spicy but chips are unhealthy so I control my crave when passing a shop that display different kinds of chips.

I replace chips which healthy banana but I couldn't control my crave for ice-cream in this summer so I had a cone ice-cream and enjoyed eating it a lot. In this summer I often eat an ice-cream and it satisfy my crave to it too.

After walking a long way I was feeling good but I was sweating like I had a shower. When I came back I changed my dresses because it was wet. I felt thirsty so I had water. After changing dress I washed them all.

I bought the ice-cream and I brought it in my room to enjoy eating it alone inside my room. I feel shy eating ice-cream outside because I don't want people see me eating like a monster lol. I had the coconut water pudding too. These were enough for my evening meal.

It was my evening prayer time so I performed and again followed my daily routine at night. I had some pending tasks online so I complete them and had dinner on time. I went to bed after 11:30 pm as usual I sleep late, I should sleep after 10 pm to maintain a healthy lifestyle or routine. It was a beautiful and blessed day as I afford my foods and enjoyed my walk around my city.
