Canton Fried Rice
Ingredients:
-2 cups cooked long grain white rice
-1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced
-1/2 cup cooked shrimp, diced
-1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
-1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
-2 tablespoons soy sauce
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
-2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken, shrimp, and ham and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add peas and carrots and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Add cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Add sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger and stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add green onions and stir to combine.
- Serve hot.
中式炒飯
材料:
-2杯熟白米
-1/2杯熟雞肉,切粒
-1/2杯熟蝦,切粒
-1/2杯熟火腿,切粒
-1/2杯冷凍豌豆和胡蘿蔔
-2湯匙植物油
-1/2茶匙麻油
-2湯匙醬油
-2瓣蒜,切末
-1茶匙新鮮磨碎的姜
-2條青蔥,切細
