Canton Fried Rice
Ingredients:
-2 cups cooked long grain white rice
-1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced
-1/2 cup cooked shrimp, diced
-1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
-1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
-2 tablespoons soy sauce
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
-2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken, shrimp, and ham and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add peas and carrots and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  4. Add cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.
  5. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger and stir to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add green onions and stir to combine.
  8. Serve hot.

中式炒飯
材料:
-2杯熟白米
-1/2杯熟雞肉,切粒
-1/2杯熟蝦,切粒
-1/2杯熟火腿,切粒
-1/2杯冷凍豌豆和胡蘿蔔
-2湯匙植物油
-1/2茶匙麻油
-2湯匙醬油
-2瓣蒜,切末
-1茶匙新鮮磨碎的姜
-2條青蔥,切細

做法:

  1. 在大平底鍋中加入植物油,中火加熱。
  2. 加入雞肉、蝦和火腿,煎至微黃,約5分鐘。
  3. 加入豌豆和胡蘿蔔,再煮3分鐘。
  4. 加入熟白米,拌勻。
  5. 加入麻油、醬油、蒜末和姜末,拌勻。
  6. 煮3分鐘,不斷攪拌。
  7. 加入青蔥,拌勻。
  8. 熱處理即可。
