Sweet and Sour Pork
Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Place pork cubes in a large bowl and coat with cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add pork cubes to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add onion, bell pepper, and pineapple to the skillet and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, vinegar, honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  6. Pour sauce mixture over pork and vegetables and stir to combine.
  7. Cook until sauce has thickened and pork is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.

甜酸猪肉
材料:
