My Actifit Report Card: November 11 2018
I didn’t get around to writing a blog for actifit yesterday because I got to 10,000 movements with only a few minutes before the end of the day.
Oops.
Today was a different story.
Last night was bad. My son was sick and couldn’t keep anything down all night. He threw up multiple times. I was worried he might be dehydrated in the morning, but thankfully, he woke up and was able to drink and eat. He appears to be on the mend!
Other than that it was a pretty uneventful day. I went out for a late lunch at a restaurant. My wife went out to celebrate a relative’s birthday and I stayed home to take care of my son.
We’re watching The Walking Dead as I write this.
