My Actifit Report Card: October 8 2019
Lots of rain today but I manged to get most of my steps done between the downpours. Went to the Elan Valley. It was good to see the reservoirs overflowing. This is Caban Coch, the wind was very strong and I could feel the water spray from a long distance away.
It was quite loud as I got closer. The reservoirs usually fill up quite fast this time of the year.
This is Craig Goch. The hill I climbed was quite slippery and I was in a hurry to beat the rain, as it wouldn't of been nice walking down in that. Luckily, I got to the bottom just as the heavy rain started.
