👩 What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts? |

Aging is the process that is must and associated with every living creature. It involves many biological changes with in the body. We will discuss here the aging process from Hunan's body perspective. It includes factors such as; genetics, lifestyle, and the environment.
Aging is actually the reappearing or regenerating the cells, tissues and organs in the body. Here old cells and tissues decay and new are made. Aging is mostly related to the function of DNA too. Here the DNA damage, telomere get shorten, the mitochondria dysfunctionate, and the senescent cells accumulate.
From which age it actually starts?
The aging process starts from very beginning of the human life. First we are infant, then adult and then old. In other words, we can say that aging process starts as cells undergo aging-related changes throughout the lifespan of a human body.
It is said that a noticeable physical change in a body start when we reach thirty years or above. Here the body repairing and regenerating function starts towards decline.

Yes ofcourse I am afraid of becoming aged. I believe everyone does. Everyone want to be young and energetic throughout his/her life. The real taste of life is when you have good physical condition, if not then, if you have billions it's useless. Now becoming older before the time is serious problem that stop you from enjoying your life.
what are the challanges of aging that are making me afraid from getting older? Aging mean become weak, fragile, having no energy and stuff like that. The greatest challenges associated with aging are: too many diseases attacks, no energy in the body, you can't proper food, you will be dependent on other, will always need other to asset you, and many other. Aging is the thing our Prophet Muhammad (SAW) seeked protection from it.
👩 Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging? |

As far my knowledge and study is concern I have found these three nutrients very important for human body: Green Vegetables, Fruits (dry fruits & fresh fruits) and Natural food like dairy products. Green Vegetables are too much important for normal blood circulation, stomach and heart patients.
Dry fruits make the immune system very strong. It give inner strength to the body. It also provide strength to the muscles. Dairy products include yougard, cheese, milk, Lassee and things like that. They help keep your cholesterol level normal. Whenever I try to decrease my cholesterol level I eat dairy products and green vegetables and fruits.
👩 Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age? |

The best three exercises for me are: Cardio exercise, Gym and Running or morning walk. These are the exercise if you do properly and regularly with proper diet, I am sure you never get old and will enjoy your health life long.
These are the exercises I have done it practically. I am going to gym every morning. First I do a long running, and then workout at gym. I have special day for cardio workout, I do cardio on Saturday.
So Keeping these exercise in order, with special diet and the most important thing punctuality, will keep you always fit and smart.

Where looking at the image it's obvious that you would escape early aging this is because I noticed you visiting the dream and working out hard, this alone can guarantee you a healthier and slower aging. Also I came across his page in your article where you say dry food are very good in prevention and reduction of aging speed.

Aging is inevitable, but by adopting a few healthy habits, the visible signs of 'aging' can be prevented from appearing prematurely. You are right there is no doubt that good diet and exercise play a very important role in slowing down this whole process. Best of luck for contest👍

Hello friend, no one wants to experience those challenges that come with aging that make us feel vulnerable, the best thing is that aging is gradual and we can try to prepare our body to resist in the best way, exercising, eating healthy and making the effort to See the positive side of life even in adversity.
