Ulog #100 Easter Sunday Food
I'm surprised that I already made 100 ulogs. As a family we usually gather around and eat during lunch time. These were the food that was served during lunch.
We had pork skewers and this was what my grandma prepared. The packs were sold at Monterey Meat Shop and we just had to grill it.
Lechon Bagnet from Bruno's restaurant. This restaurant is near us. It's really convenient for us to buy food from there. It does not only taste good but their serving is a lot also.
My Aunt bough Pancit Malabon from Tita Lea's. The first thing that we had to do was unwrap it because this kind of noodles spoil fast if its under heat.
My mom made salad, this is her home made recipe. It had Korean Mayo, Corn, Crab sticks and Lettuce.
I topped mine with Seaweed. I called this a very tasty bowl.
We actually used paper plates so we won't have a difficult time to wash dishes haha.
M ymom also made iced tea for our drinks.
This is something that I love so much. Black Kutsinta with caramel sauce and fried coconut.
I could just munch on this all day.
My grandpa's relatives also visited and they gave us Buko Pie.
Everything was really delicious. But the most important thing was that we were able to bond as a family and celebrate Easter together.

What is kutsinta made of so interesting. Is it made of some pork or cow guts?
