Steemit Engagement Challenge S12W4 | Decide, act, and release.

Greetings friend of Reflexiones de Vida Community

I am here to participate in the fourth-week challenge POST LINK

The subject is connected to our daily life.
I believe three of those mentioned emotions in the title are rather complicated to express;
and obtain sometimes and for some people.

Let's find out the reasons for giving the answers to those questions;
that invited me to the challenge.

1- What does forgiveness mean to you?

F-
Forget those people and situations if they are not so essential.
O -
Overcome yourself from the drama people often create.
R-
Rejuvenate yourself to start from the beginning.
G -
Grant the apology if your logic and conscience allow.
I-
Important and close people can get a chance, but not everyone.
V-
Vives (Listen to your vives because the heart stays on the left but always says right).
E -
Educate your emotions with all those experiences;
that you gathered with time.

N -
Never allow any nonsense act or participate in the same.
E -
Emotions can't buy, so value your and others' emotions equally if it is worth it.
S-
Share knowledge and honesty and guide others to rectify their mistakes.
S-
Save everything to the almighty because we can fail to recognize people, but the almighty can't!

That is all about what

"FORGIVENESS"
meant to me.

2. In your childhood! Do you remember your parents forgiving you for any mischief? Tell us about it.

Oh God! Countless times!

I was the lady DON in my childhood!
Almost every day, I beat someone or was bound to perform;
some mischievous acts with my playgroup members. As I was the leader of my playgroup.

Whether it was about breaking valuable things, beating my elder sister, etc! etc. Let me pick up one! It's a very tough assignment to pick one among so many ingenious mischievous acts!

It was the time before Durga Puja(The most notable festival in Kolkata).
Everyone cleans their home;
and our home was also cleaned by my parents.
We had two bedrooms, one was for our parents and another one for us(me and my sister).

At that time, LED tube lights were not in use. At that time, tube lights were made up of a glass tube;
filled with a mixture of argon and mercury vapor.

However, my father came to our room, removed the tube light, kept the light on our bed, and went to bring something to the other room.

I was not at home, which was common! I always found the scope to go outside for play, and as the room had been occupied for cleaning
That was my chance to play a bit more!

My elder sister was in the room all of a sudden! I jumped on my bed coming from the outside and couldn't see the tube light was kept on the bed!

I heard the sound of a boom! Then I looked down and saw the tube light was complaining against me and broke!

I didn't spend a single second! Because I was watching my father almost running to see what occurred.

Again, I jumped, but this time to escape and to save myself.
I carried shelter to one of my neighbor's houses;
because I was pretty sure they would rescue me from hitting!

Ah! Sometimes, we need to abide by spontaneous decisions! My God!
I saved myself, but my poor elder sister got the dose that day on my behalf!

When I came home in the late evening, the environment was calm(My father went to invite me home with a smiley face), and my sister whispered and complained that she always got the dose because of me! I smiled in my mind and thought,
Why didn't you have a sportsman spirit? Who stopped you from running, hiding, and recusing yourself?

3.-Do you consider yourself to be a grudging person?

Never ever! Nothing is more worthwhile than forgiveness, but I may forgive but can't forget.

Because that somehow helps me to remember the behavior, lesson, and knowledge I gathered.
Which will entitle me to become mature with time;
and help me to utilize those things to make decisions.

4.-Tell us a brief story or anecdote, where it was your turn to ask for forgiveness or, on the contrary, where you were asked for forgiveness.
1000007296.jpg

As of now, I can't remember any such incident where I need to ask for forgiveness. I am a stubborn type of character and do not dare anyone except the almighty. I am straightforward and hate liars! So, I am expressive, and if I see anything wrong,
I forget who is standing in front of me;
and how much power that person has!

In my opinion, I want to be clear from the innards and in front of the almighty.
But it is also true that I have the guts to accept my error in front of everyone.

But if I didn't do wrong, I would never make an apology! No matter who is in front of me and how decisive the person is! Because time is the best teacher who brings the truth in front.

One brief story I can share where @sampabiaswas asked for forgiveness.
I won't share the reason because that was personal;
but can share the incident.

Sorry, Sampa Biswas, to divulge the story here! As many of you know, in my community,
Sampabiswas holds the responsibility of senior moderator. However, one time came when she stopped talking with me! She only sent me consequential statements related to the community;
but other than that, we were not talking with each other.

If something hurts me from the inside, I become silent.
Weeks passed, and the same things were continuing.
One day, I was mobbing my floor;
and suddenly heard the doorbell ring. I went to open the door and looked;
She was standing at my main door!

I was normal. She came inside and refreshed herself.
I asked her to wait for me and went to take a shower.
When I came out and sat on my bed. Then I looked at her;
She was sitting on the chair, and her head was down.

Suddenly, she jumped on me and started crying loudly!

I understood she conceded her mistake, and my eyes were also moist, but I didn't show her the same.
After that, everything became normal.

That was all from my side. I hope some friends will read my content. So stay tuned and blessed.

Last but not least I would love to invite:- @sampabiswas, @piya3, and @noelisdc to participate in this challenge.

Thank you so much for reading my post and you are right because of my mischievous acts my elder sister suffered a lot. But now when we talk about those days we laugh out loud.

Nice write up and excellent presentation. Nice to read your article. You have shared some excellent points here.

Thank you so much for your presence and encouraging words.

It's ok! I don't feel so bad that you shared the story here. Because I don't think there's any shame in apologizing for my won mistake. I was wrong that time and I apologize to you. Personally, I have always wanted that you should not suffer because of me. But when I realized that, you were suffering, I was suffering more than you. Maybe that's why I behaved like that on that day. I am really thankful to you for understanding me that day. love you so much. Thanks for inviting me.

I know and that is the reason I didn't asked you before sharing the incident. Because somehow I know you will understand that my intention behind. Sending you tons of love and hugs.

I liked to read the whole post, and it was excellent read. Specially I like the meaning of "I" in forgiveness. Important and close people can get chance.
I see you now remember your old days, and there's no doubt that your every word is true mirror for what was you feeling at the Time of writing.
And then I liked the line, I may forgive but not forget.
Two meanings of this particular line, I did understand. Maybe you was having the thought of one.
Wishings!

Foremost thank you for spending your time to read my post. We must remember our good time and bad time. We must also need to remember good people and those people who act with us badly because only those people who act with us badly makes us mature. That is my belief. If we utilise our past experience in present then we can be safe in future .

Thats solid reason, get treated badly, to become more mature.
