Dear friends,
Welcome back to my page. I hope you all are enjoying participating in the week five challenge.

Today I am also here to take part in this challenge because I believe that it is essential to take care of our mental health besides physical health.

Especially when we all are going through this fast lifestyle and overloaded work pressure, it often fetches stress for us.



What do you do to stay balanced in times of stress?

  • The foremost thing I follow during my stress;
    I recall all those good memories and people who help to bring a smile to my lip.

  • Another thing I do is divert my mind with some work that gives me mental peace;
    I listen to some music and read books.

  • I also try to discuss my problems with @sampabiswas, as she knows everything about me.

Often we do not discuss our tribulations with our close ones;
and that sometimes raises our mental pressure.

So for me, sharing is caring. Hence we must at least share our problems with one person who is not only trustworthy;
but can suggest some valuable suggestions.

Our hesitations, introverted nature, and thought process of not disturbing anyone don't bring solutions but preferably grow problems.

Give three main reasons behind our stress.

The first reason is-1.Unhealthy lifestyle:-

  • We often do not take our food timely, do not take eight hours of sleep, and do not have sufficient water.
    These things are necessary for us to keep our brains active. Apart from that, we must try to spend some time with nature;
    and yoga must be incorporated into our lifestyle.

The second reason- 2.Unnecessary Expectations:-

When we expect more than we deliver, we often go through stress. We must always orient our brains to expect less and beget more. Then we can often avoid some stress.


Third reason-3.Fast food habits:-

  • If we take care of our physical health;
    then we can avoid various mental stresses. Nowadays, because of online services, we negligibly consume homemade food;
    and prefer junk foods. It has become our daily habit, and thus we often face several health problems that impact our mental health.

Do you think now we should take this problem seriously? If so, then describe why?

Certainly! Because I have experienced and lost several close relations due to this reason. Earlier people do not take this stress seriously;
and individuals do not think that we must consult with someone about these hardships.

There were no such treatment and consultation places where people could visit to discuss their situations. But now the scenario is different, and there are several places where people take counseling and medicines are available to control our stress to some level.

We can save our near ones by comprehending their situations and guiding them on the correct path to overcome this situation.

Several parents set high expectations for their children;
That has become a common reason for stress.
I would request all parents; please not try to achieve self-dreams through their children.

Let them enjoy their life and respect their decisions. We must remember toppers are not the only intelligent people in this world and remember the example of Thomas Alva Edison.

Give your children plenty of space and independence;
just keep your eye on them. Never use foul language while discussing anything;
they are sensitive but have enough maturity to relate to you. So look at them with their eyes, not yours.

it sounds like you have some great strategies for managing stress. It's so important to have those happy memories and people to turn to when things get tough. It is important to share our stress with some trustworthy person, it not only help us to overcome the situation but also help us to find the way of resolution.

Hello My friend @sduttaskitchen, this was an amazing post! You really got me thinking about the various challenges that come with managing stress. It's important for us all to take the time to understand our emotions and how best to cope with them. Your advice to talk to someone we trust is spot on; sharing our worries can be such a relief and help us put things into perspective.   • In fact, I really enjoyed reading the ways you have written to maintain balance and stress in your writing.

  • You also wrote that when we are emotionally unbalanced or a little broken mentally. Then we need to read books and listen to music. These have a good sign of maintaining our mental balance.

  • There are many of us who love to read books. There are many who love to listen to music and watch movies. We should be very careful about these things when our mind is very bad.

Every word of your writing is a new lesson for me. I learned a lot and understood. Inshallah try to master these things in yourself.
