An evening with the microscope

Activity

I know it was Christmas today, but life doesn't stop. Started the day as usual. Then went to work a little late. Spent entire evening taking pictures of tissue I have immunostained. Walked back home, went grocery shopping. Cooked some food. Took dogs for walk. And, here I am.

Diet

Breakfast - stir fried veggies + banana milkshake (600 cal)

Lunch - rice + chicken (1000 cal)

Evening - orange juice (200 cal)

Night - butter milk + spinach + cottage cheese + chapati (1400 cal)

Net cal intake 3200 cal

      Haha! We named her June because we rescued and adopted her in June, last year.

        mmmmmm wish I could still eat chapati!!! But I can't :( The wheat flour. Mmmmmm but so delicious! Hehe
