South American Saturday - The Beaches of Rio de Janeiro

This is my entry for South American Saturday, the daily 7 World's Continents Photo Challenge hosted by @czechglobalhosts. To find out more about how to enter this contest or just to look at the great entries, you can go here.

There's just something special about the beaches in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I wish I had more information about this specific beach, but it's a fairly secluded beach within the Rio de Janeiro area. As you can see, some people know about it, but it wasn't nearly as crowded as the main beaches along the famed boardwalk.

        There is absolutely nothing better than a beautiful stretch of beach fanned by the balmy fronds.

        You captured such an epic piece of it. Stunning shot. I am taking this home with me.
