Bright and beautiful

Bad as things may seem
thoughts that bring a gloomy mood
sour faces and happenings
life is always a challenge
each day has its own problems
one day might be alright
the next, a complete disaster
we cannot rewind the clock
nor can we hope to erase the board
what we can do
is to face life with hope
that the next day will be better
sometimes, it is a 'too much day'
as Pooh recalls
and 'doing nothing
might help bring about the best of something'
never be afraid
smile and face
whatever is to happen
has already been willed
what you are to do
spread cheer and be happy
and be true to your self
the rest will be looked after

Living in the moment is tough indeed. Our mind is always a sea of thoughts. For some, it is calm and unruffled but for some, it is as if there is always a wave that keeps crashing on the shore.

Whatever we worry about, it might or might not occur. Worry does not always translate into events. So, worrying about it beforehand will not help in any way. Worry will only help to increase unease and discomfort.

Quit worrying
start to focus on positive stuff
look forward to new things instead of reliving past failures and bad things
try to look 'outside' instead of creating an illusion of Worst case scenarios world in the mind'
