The influence of art will have a positive impact on our mind, one of them when we are stricken by Stress.
All right my friends, this time I will share my experience with you all! oooh, it's amazing if we share ...! 😇
During this time being under pressure Stress, I treat it by looking for something new. When I see my computer room is messy. hmmmm .... i start to understand ... it turns out that's where the source of stress comes to me.
Arising my idea to empty my computer room, I wanted to change the interior with a little simple texture. I just need to add it with blue paint. I think the blue sky will give birth "psychologically".
Tutorial techniques create a simple texture on the wall
1. Prepare a sky blue colour and a painting brush 3-inch
2. Stir the paint with water, make a dose of 50% to 50% between water and paint, so the paint becomes dilute.
3. Dip the painting brush to paint, then you just have to press the kwas to the wall. (look for which parts to press).
my suggestion: decide on the point where your views are good and make you comfortable
4. Let your imagination run and "Controls" .
5. Give freedom to your mind and "Control".
6. Do that until you are satisfied and "Control".
After all is done, your sweat out, cockroaches in your mind have come out, Feel your new spirit has come ...!
