Quinnspiration for a Guest at the @gardenofeden

I live in a very unique situation at the @gardenofeden with the most perceptive and insightful being I have ever met, and it's my pleasure to share the inspiration.

@quinneaker values truth, responsibility, and freedom very highly, and lives to an unwavering code of honor that I have not seen rivaled. He lives in dedicated service to life on Earth, and it is priceless to learn from someone as considerate as he is.

He is intense and passionately dedicated to his values and mission. He is outspoken and says uncomfortable truths that many people are afraid to address. He is not always nice, but he is always honest - and that challenges people to self-reflect and come to clarity within themselves.

I love watching and listening to him interact with people; his power is undeniable, as evidenced by thousands of things, including how even people he has never met before are drawn to him like a moth to a flame.

A few nights ago we hosted an Asian inspired feast at the @gardenofeden, and we had GREAT conversations. One young man who reserved our AirBnB space was especially attracted to him, so Quinn graciously and freely gave him his undivided attention for a few hours.

I wish I had heard the beginning of their conversation, but I did not. I did however join them at some point and recorded what I witnessed. It's a wonderful real life movie scene:

  Guest: ...truly and deeply - in response to everything - thank you! I've appreciated everything you've said. From the bottom of my heart!

  Quinn: And I appreciate you for saying that, because you're giving appreciation and respect where it is deserved - and this is why YOU deserve it. This is why you deserve it, and this is why I'm giving it to you for free - because I know you deserve it. I already saw you.

   I already saw you, and I will give you everything that I have - all my wisdom, all my greatest secrets, all my greatest power. I will give all of it to you, because I think you deserve it. Because you are an honorable man.

   And you, of your own volition, coming and saying "thank you" for everything is just proof ... it just proves who YOU are!

   You're a good man and an honorable man...I know a lot more about the world than you do, but I will still give you the secrets that I have to give you so that you can further your own life. Because I believe you will do it honorably.

   And if you don't, we're going to have some words at bare minimum.

   Guest: At bare minimum! We better, honestly.

Again, I didn't hear the first 30 minutes or so of this conversation (which was also the very first 30 minutes or so that these 2 individuals had ever interacted in life at all!), but it's somewhat irrelevant. OBVIOUSLY Quinn had shared super custom insight that moved this young man deeply, and the young man was super receptive and grateful. And Quinn was super respectful and generous.

What is potentially MOST amazing about this exchange is how seriously typical and standard it is for Quinn. I see it all the time, and it's exponentially deeper than conversations "normal" people have on a regular basis. He gave this dude a gift of awareness within 30 minutes of meeting him!!!!

Wow.

Profound.
