"Nothing about me without me.

To live the world is to see it behind the glass of imbalance: it intensifies or weakens; Finding balance is rare, especially when the day has been difficult.

Do not bother yourself; but knowing what this is is not possible for you, because only a person with autism knows it.

Sensory imbalance is highly complicated, generates fatigue and continuous stress. I never know in what period of the day a sound, a smell, a texture, a taste or an incandescent light can come that forces me to close my eyes.

The feeling and the feeling of frustration can accompany you for the whole day and ruin it.

This daily struggle is very exhausting, so when I do not want to go out, or talk to anyone and stay in the house, if you allow me without asking anything, it's enough for me. "
