I just finished walking 5000 steps to secure 10,000 steps for today’s @actifit Report Card.
i stopped half way through the walk to look for a snack.
I walked 2000 steps early this morning, and the rest of my steps were accumulated through daily activity.
I feel healthy, and I’m extremely motivated to maintain the #Actifit fitness lifestyle.
