I’m Pretty Tired on My Actifit Report Card: March 25 2019
I pulled weeds for half the day, so that I could get to my dumbbell rack. The weeds were 6 feet tall and it was like a forest.

I did 3 sets of dumbbell curls to failure
After I did my curls, I walked downtown to do a set of #seven77 push-ups.

Downtown is always a nice walk.
I’m too tired to secure 10k, but I feel really good about today’s @actifit activity.
Isn't it amazing how hard pulling weed is and how few activity points come from it LOL
I only accumulated 2500 working in the yard and I feel like I ran 15 miles

There are days when I am beat by the end of the day from gardening and have a hard time getting to 5000 and others, when I am walking with my friends, I have huge numbers and am not tired at all.
