almost AutomaticWin and Family Walk on My Actifit Report Card: February 28 2019
I did an early morning walk today, but I didn’t achieve an #AutomaticWin.
I actually had to run home, because @luvbnamome had a physical therapy appointment , and I lost track of time.
This evening, the family and I walked around downtown, and we stopped at a small park for #Push-Ups.
@daniel-san jumped on my back, and gave me some extra resistance, and I still knocked out 20.
