Between team work and individual work, of course what I would choose is team work. I chose teamwork for several compelling reasons;
- Team work makes a big contribution, everyone works, thinks, is creative and also provides creative ideas through discussions and exchanging information and knowledge.
- Teamwork makes us happier and can eliminate boredom.
When we work alone, we definitely feel bored at work, well, by choosing teamwork we all get emotional support and sympathy from others, of course that makes us more enthusiastic about working.
Teamwork can help us make decisions and dare to take risks.

Team work is collaboration in working on a work task together, while individual work completes tasks independently without involving other people which highlights our specialization in the organization.

As I said above, team work is better than individual work, team work has advantages in various aspects and encourages other individuals to be more enthusiastic and creative.
